The Consultant shall produce ECC Scope documents Site Information, and CDM documents including Pre-Construction Information for all four sites. The Consultant shall be responsible for ensuring the design meets the requirements of the Client and provide technical support in gaining planning where required, and other associated approvals. The Consultant will also produce completion documentation including as-built drawings and Health and Safety Files from information provided by the Contractors
