Transport for London by itself or via one of its subsidiary companies (together “TfL”) is seeking to appoint strategic partner(s) for the provision of car park management services. TfL’s objective with this car park portfolio is to consider how best to maintain revenue and customer benefit, while also future proofing for longer term demands and opportunities for car parking space to support Mayoral goals.
