Framework Agreement for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Wall Mounted and Floor Standing Natural Gas Fired Condensing Boilers

This Framework is for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Wall Mounted and Floor Standing Natural Gas Fired Condensing Boilers for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The Council's requirements are for the following range of Natural Gas Fired Boilers: • Wall Mounted Natural Gas Fired Condensing Boilers - Size range from 50kw up to 150kw • Floor Standing Natural Gas Fired Condensing Boilers - Size range from 100kw up to 500kw The main users of the Framework Agreement will be Direct Services as part of the Regeneration and Local Services Directorate. This Framework will be available for use by Durham County Council, and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Service Level Agreement with Durham County Council: - Academy Schools in County Durham and Darlington, - Maintained Schools in County Durham and Darlington, - County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service, - Durham Constabulary and the Office of the Durham Police and Crime Commissioner, - County Durham Housing Group - Parish Councils and Town Councils in County Durham The Council intends to invite the 5 highest scoring bidding organisations to tender, subject to having passed sections A - F and achieved a minimum weighted score of 50% for section G. It is the Council's intention to operate a ranking system of 3 Contractors whereby the highest ranking Contractor in the league table of 3, with due regard to capacity and available resources, will be awarded all of the Call offs from this framework.
