External works

Please send an expression of interest e-mail to garynesbitt@bcha.org.uk and maxscrymgeour@bcha.org.uk We're looking for a single contractor for a three year award who can handle all external works for BCHA's properties and grounds (outside of windows and doors). Subcontracting is allowed for areas outside of the bidders expertise but it is imagined that the winning bidder will be contractually responsible for all areas of the award. Those submitting an EoI will be invited to tender when the pack is ready to be issued.
