Hire of Back Hoe and Shovel Loader for Waste Management Operations

The Council is bringing the RHWS and WTS management and operation under its own control on 1st April 2021 and intends in the short term to operate waste management handling at the site on a similar basis. In order for it to do so it requires similar plant used by the current Hirer to ensure continuity of service during the transfer and to stabilise the service over at least the first 6 months. This procurement is for the hiring of plant intended to meet this short to medium term need until a full appraisal of site operations and plant requirements can be undertaken and implemented.
