Description
To ensure Derby City Council has suitable temporary accommodation at any time in an emergency in which to place families who are homeless. This will be done by creating a framework of providers across Derby and the immediate region able to respond and offer accommodation at short notice. The statutory service will be delivered to persons placed appropriate to their need as assessed by the Council and administered by its arm's length management organisation Derby Homes. The Service Users could take the form of a single person, a couple or a family type. The service will be delivered in the form of a provision of a room / bed and breakfast for the period of time agreed between the Council and Service Provider. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 17:00 on 19th March 2018. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 10:00 on 20rd March 2018.
