The core requirements of any cloud-based solutions will need to meet the following high-level requirements: •Core Functionality - Creation and monitoring of projects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. •Automated Process - The ability to process sales, subcontractor, supplier invoices with appropriate control and sign off. •Mobile Functionality - Mobile processing including GRN, Order and Requisitions. •Cost Control - To enable cost tracking and management allowing the ability to compare budgets to actual spending and identify cost-saving opportunities. •Efficiency - Automation of administrative tasks such as paperwork, invoicing, and document management, allowing staff to focus on more critical tasks. •Collaboration - Real-time data sharing within project teams, subcontractors, and clients. This reduces miscommunication and enhances transparency and ownership. •Data Analysis - Ability to leverage data analytics capabilities to gain insights into project performance, enabling data-driven decision-making for current and future projects. •Accessible - Cloud-based software to enable remote access, allowing stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide key updates from any location at any time. •Integration - Ability to integrate key financial processes including Payroll and end of year accounts within the group's financial system.
