Description
The National Citizen Service ('NCS') Trust ('the Trust') is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service. The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with four phases - Adventure, Discovery, Social Action and Extension. NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine (9) regions via a combination of Direct and Indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts. This procurement is awarding six contracts for Management Partners to help with delivery of the NCS programme in six (6) Indirect regions throughout England. Key responsibilities include: - Deliver the whole customer journey from recruitment, programme delivery and Extension - Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges and non- school channels - Hiring and training workforce - Management of their supply chain - Safeguarding and incident management
