Description
For the supply and delivery of food provisions. The key objective are: (a)The Authority require a quality, cost effective and flexible patient meals service which meets the desires and nutritional needs of our patients whilst contributing to and complimenting the clinical care they receive. (b) The Authority is keen to secure a long term partnership with a suitable Contractor with the joint aim of developing and improving the catering and meals service provided to our patients (c)The options of cook chill and/or cook freeze meals at each of the units has been determined with careful consideration of the operational requirements together with finance and other resource considerations. Where possible the Contractor should consider these to be the preferred option for each area.
