English Language Tests for London Licensed Private Hire Drivers - Speaking and Listening

Provision of a web-based English language speaking and listening assessment test. The test will provide a robust and consistent way to assess that private hire drivers applicants meet the English language standard at level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or above. The test will be accessible to the applicants via a portal (hosted by TfL in-house) and the service provider will mark the speaking and listening element of the test. In addition the service provider will provide associated services including training, maintenance and support for appeals process
