Provision of Cook Chill Sauces

Synchronicity Care Limited have a requirement for chill cook sauce mixes within the Central Production Unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital. These chill cook sauce mixes are a range of dried sauce mixes that are suitable within a cook chill freeze system. The supply of these mixes is to aid the Central Production Unit with the production of over 17,000 meals per week across all County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust sites.
