Election Printing

The Authority wishes to award a contract for Election Printing Services (through CCS Framework RM6280 Postal Goods, Services and Solutions framework – This will include the printing and mailing of documents including (but not exclusively) the following: Poll Cards, Postal Vote Packs, Ballot Papers, Corresponding Number Lists, Canvass Printing, CCA’s, CCB’s, Reminder Canvass Forms, Final Reminder Canvass Forms, Postage of all elements where required. Our Electorate in North Yorkshire totals approximately 500,000 people. The Authority aims to deliver successful planned elections in 2027, 2028 and 2029 (expected date for next General Election), as well as all unscheduled by-election, Neighbourhood Plan Referendums and parish polls when they arise. This contract will also include printing for the annual canvass. North Yorkshire Council has approximately 500,000 registered electors and 90,000 postal voters.
