The works involve the replacement of the existing gas fired boilers and associated plant on the sheltered housing scheme plus mechanical ventilation and heat recovery for the communal centre plus replacement hot water cylinder upgrade, pipework insulation and radiator and control upgrades in both the dwellings & community centre at Fellowes Close, Cadge Road, Norwich, NR5 8BZ.
