Procurement of an operator for Hanwell Community Centre

The London Borough of Ealing is undertaking a process to award a contract for the purpose of operating a community, arts and sports based service and provision of activities to the residents of the Ealing. The current service is operated by the Council and this arrangement expires March 2017 and the Council wishes to undertake a competitive tendering exercise to appoint a management operator for an initial six year period (to 2023), and will also include the option at the absolute discretion of the Council to extend the Contract Period by period or periods of up to a maximum of four additional years.
