Description
Humber Health Partnership is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the future procurement of a fully managed haemodialysis service across the Humber and North Yorkshire Procurement Collaborative. The current contract expires on 31 March 2027, and the Collaborative intends to commence a full tender process by September 2026, using an approved Framework Agreement as the proposed procurement route. The procurement shall be undertaken as a group arrangement covering Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, and relevant satellite sites across York and Scarborough. Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is expected to act as the host organisation for the contract. Through this engagement, the Collaborative is seeking supplier input on the provision of a safe, resilient and innovative managed service covering main acute hospital sites, satellite units, inpatient dialysis and home haemodialysis. The service is expected to include appropriate staffing models, equipment provision, servicing and maintenance, digital and data management, performance reporting, patient outcomes and opportunities for innovation.
