Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified companies to carry out a number of professional specialist consultancy services to support its ambitious housebuilding programme. This invitation to tender will be split into 3 Lots as follows: Lot 1 – Development Management Support Lot 2 – Employers Agent Services (to include Cost Consultancy; Clerk of Works and Principal Designer) Lot 3 – Architectural RIBA Plan of Works Stages 0 - 4.1
