Brighton & Hove City Council seeks to appoint a single managed service provider (MSP) to ensure the delivery of an efficient, cost-effective and reliable service to managers requiring temporary workers. Our temporary workforce is vital to supplement our directly employed workforce and to ensure the delivery of services to our customers: timely fulfillment of roles by quality workers is essential as is control of these costs.
