Description
Please note that this Prior Information Notice pertains to NHS England Midlands’ School Age Immunisation Service procurement and is NOT related to the national work underway to develop an integrated strategy for all NHS Immunisation Programmes. NHS England Midlands are looking to commission an effective and predominantly school-based service for the delivery of national routine immunisation programmes. Further details and information of each individual vaccine programme to be delivered are included in the appendices of the specification but are currently as follows: -Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations -Diphtheria, Tetanus and Poliomyelitis (Td/IPV) booster -Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY) conjugate vaccine -Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) catch up vaccinations. -School-aged children’s Seasonal influenza (flu) vaccinations In addition, the provider will deliver a catch-up service for children and young people with any of the above missing immunisations.
