CPU 3758 Adult Weight Management on Referral

Nottingham City Council is seeking experienced providers to deliver a 12 week programme of targeted weight management support for priority groups, for up to a maximum of 12,989 attendances per annum to be delivered at accessible locations across the City of Nottingham. The contract will be for three years commencing from 1 April 2020 at an estimated contract value not exceeding £64,300 per annum. Documents are available at www.eastmidstenders.org.
