Bishops Building - Salix Heating and Electrics Upgrade Works

Heating installation and associated works to an existing education building, comprising the following: Removal of any asbestos to be disturbed during the works. Decommissioning, disconnection and removal of existing gas equipment and gas supplies. Removal of redundant LTHW radiators, pipework and fittings. Modification of existing internal LTHW heating installation. Installation of new LTHW radiators, pipework and fittings. Installation of new electric radiant panel heating and associated wiring and modification to the existing system. Connections to 3 Nr new Air Source Heat Pumps (supplied, fitted and commissioned by others; not part of these works). Testing and commissioning of the Works.
