High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (working as a Strategic Alliance) are seeking to establish a framework of up to three consultants to advise on delivery of housing and employment sites owned by the Councils or public and public and private sector partners. Multi-disciplinary teams of consultants are required to include planning, masterplanning, property consultancy, valuation, cost consultancy, project management, commercial and legal advice for development and regeneration projects. In addition to this, fee proposals are sought for delivery of work packages (WP) 1 and 2.
