To establish a multiple supplier framework with coverage throughout England and Wales for the supply of liquid fuels for automotive and Heating purposes. For the supply of the following fuels: • Diesel • Gas Oil (class A2) • Gas Oil Substitute for Heating Purposes only (class D) • Kerosene • Petrol • Refined Gas Oil, Fame Free • Super Unleaded Petrol Lot 1: North East Lot 2: North West Lot 3: Yorkshire and Humber Lot 4: East Midlands Lot 5: West Midlands Lot 6: East of England Lot 7: London Lot 8: South East Lot 9: South West Lot 10: North Wales Lot 11: South Wales Lot 12: Scotland Lot 13: Northern Ireland For the supply of the following: Lot 14: Additional/Greener Fuels - Emission reducing liquid fuels Lot 15: Fuel Cards - For the supply of fuel cards The framework agreement/contract has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. Supply contract will be created and further competition will be carried out once the tender has been awarded. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined at https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; The Corporate Office of the House of Lords, The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
