Description

Bristol City Council (BCC) as the Lead Authority in an agreement with South Gloucestershire Council and North Somerset wishes to appoint a Supplier to provide enhanced care and enablement support services within a Highly Bespoke Environment. This will be a bespoke service to be provided to Service Users over the age of 18 years with learning disabilities and/or autism, with a high level of complex needs (which may include forensic risk) due to the nature and intensity of their behaviour. This includes Service Users with communication and /or sensory needs who require more specialist support including environmental, and contingency management to enable successful and positive community living, thereby reducing the likelihood of out of areas placements or admission/re-admission to hospital. The scheme is a 6 bedded unit accommodation at Oldland Common - (Phase C, Chief Trading Post, Barry Road, Oldland Common, BS30 6QT) situated in South Gloucestershire.
