Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Services (RSPR 2025) including Accommodation

Preston City Council (PCC) is seeking a delivery provider, to deliver on their newly formed Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery (RSPR). The Programme starting 1st July 2025 and running (with unsecured funding) until 30th June 2028 will deliver a combined Accommodation and Support Service Provision Priority Outcomes are to: • Increase prevention activities that result in fewer placements in temporary accommodation, • Reduce the number of people sleeping rough in the long term, • Reduce long stays in temporary accommodation, • Minimise the return to rough sleeping, through delivering sustainable accommodation and support solutions
