Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) for Devon & Cornwall Police

This procurement is being administered by the SwPPD. The SwPPD is hosted and managed by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall. It administers most of the procurements for goods, services and works undertaken by the respective Police and Crime Commissioner and Chief Constable of Devon & Cornwall. It should be noted that this requirement will be funded through "Bulk Funding" for the entire requirement rather than on a "per client seen" basis. As the full budget allocation detailed will be awarded to the winning bidder and they will be required within their tender to demonstrate a value for money management and utilisation of this amount year on year. As a result this will be a 100% quality based evaluation.
