Anglican Chapel, London Road - Construction Works

The proposed works are to the existing Anglican Chapel located in London Road Cemetery and will be carried out for the Historic Coventry Trust. The proposed works are suitable for a Main Contractor who must have heritage construction experience and be able to demonstrate works carried out of a similar nature on a similar historical building. The works shall be procured through a JCT 'Minor Works' contract with minor amendments and shall comprise the following works: ~ Taking up existing tiled floor and install under floor heating ~ Reinstate tiled floor ~ Installation of a air source heat pump and external enclosure ~ Installation of secondary glazing to existing window ~ Installation of new electrical and data floor boxes ~ General fixture and fittings to provide additional cabinet space ~ New ceiling construction to tower Please return you expression of interest for consideration to be included on a tender list to zrowan@ridge.co.uk with details of relevant heritage construction experience giving details of previous projects, contract sum and Client details.
