Description
Out of hours clinical support to families where a child is open to the children's community end of life/palliative care service to be delivered to NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board. This contract will be for 16 months from 4th November 2025 - 31st March 2026. The total value for this contract will be £43,761.
