Description
The College is currently made up of two main sites (Kings Road and Goschen Centre) plus one satellite site (Picquet Barracks). A new state of the art centre for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, “STEM”, is currently being erected at the Kings Road site. It is anticipated that the new site will open from 01 September 2017 and this in turn will facilitate the closure of the Goschen site. It is envisaged that a high proportion of current furniture and equipment stock currently located in the Goschen Centre will be re-utilised within either the existing Kings Road buildings or within the new building located at the same site. There will also be an element of asset disposal which the College requires assistance with. As the anticipated value for this contract will exceed £25,000 the opportunity will be advertised on the government portal “Contracts Finder” as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
