Wooldridge Court Bay Window Hanging Tile and Flat Roof Renewals

It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project and intend to appoint a single contractor to carry out the works. Unitas will provide welfare and material storage. This project consists of renewing vertical hanging tiles and flat roof coverings to a number of flats and communal areas within the sheltered accommodation, Wooldridge Court, located in the Smallthorne area of Stoke on Trent. The scheduled works are to renew and extend 18nr existing bay window flat roof coverings and to replace the vertical hanging tiles to 20 nr 1st and 2nd-floor bays with a lightweight metal tile.
