HRA Nitrates Guidance for Marine SACs

The aim of the contract is to provide advice to assist affected local planning authorities in responding to the recent publication of condition assessments by NRW relating to the impact of nitrates on marine Special Areas of Conservation. The study will use case studies to seek to identify what steps can be taken to enable affordable housing (including other development where possible) to come forward in compliance with the Habitats Regulations.
