Description
The site is a multi-use sports ground owned by Eastleigh Borough Council used for field sports including archery, cricket and football. The site is located at Hardmoor Sports Ground, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9HT. The tendered works involve the demolition of the existing pavilion and storage buildings and the construction of a new clubhouse with changing facilities, kitchen and club room. A new internal archery range is to also be constructed. External works include the construction of a new access road,a new surface topping to the existing tennis courts to provide car parking, and new fencing and gates to provide a secure line to the fields. A new external storage compound is to be constructed adjacent to the archery range. Eastleigh Borough Council are seeking to procure a contractor to undertake the works under a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractors Design.
