This is for all types of domestic properties across the borough regardless of tenure and ownership. \r \r The purpose of the Major Adaptations Service is to ensure that disabled Trafford Residents who meets the criteria of their assessed needs can attain a high level of independence whilst residing in their own home. The framework Agreement is open to all members of STAR - Rochdale Council, Tameside Council, Stockport Council, St. Helens Council & Knowsley Council.\r \r Tenders are invited by STAR procurement, on behalf of Trafford Council (the "Council"), from Organisations with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for providing major adaptations (the Works)
