Job Evaluation and Pay Grading Scheme

The Royal College of General Practitioners (the College) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of project management and technical support on the introduction of a new job evaluation and pay grading scheme. The successful organisation will undertake a project manager role to introduce a new job evaluation scheme, providing guidance and training material.
