Prospects Online is a recruitment advertising website managed by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council), PACT HR Service. The Council is looking to expand its prospects online services (the Solution) and customer base by reaching potential customers in other local authorities and employment sectors (including small businesses). The existing service is predominantly provided to educational establishments in the Bradford District and surrounding local authorities. The Council is looking for a specialist (the Provider) to rebuild the online services using the best current technology providing improved functionality, improved look, improved ease of use and conformity to the latest security standards.
