Internal Alterations - Egerton Hall Community Building

Brackley Town Council is seeking a contractor to undertake internal alterations to our community building, Egerton Hall, to form additional community rooms with toilets at the first floor with new access from ground floor with all associated mechanical and electrical works. Egerton Hall was built around 2013-2015 and is of brick/stone cavity wall construction with a pitched roof. The first floor is built to shell only.
