The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Works at Broadlea Primary School - Boiler and Domestic Hot Water Plant Replacement. Replacement boilers, tanks, pipework and mains conversion. The Contract works shall comprise setting to work of the mechanical services, including the complete installation, manufacture, works testing, delivery to site, testing, commissioning and provision of records and Operating and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for the new and modified engineering building services as specified in the Tender Pack and outlined on the Tender Drawings.
