Description
To provide leadership, assurance and subject matter expertise to assist in the Technical Service Desk Management Service for the risking of the JRS. Ensuring Service Management Processes are functioning/effective and produce a Protect Connect Project Risk Intelligence Service Business Delivery Governance Model and ensure project controls are implemented. This service involves the operation of incident, problem, change and continuous improvement processes for the risking platform (Including migration from Assyst to Service Now), and all downtime planning, patching, upgrades, etc. It also supports downstream risking, cross scheme risking and reporting on Covid-19 schemes. Whilst undertaking the management of any planned changes, executed or cancelled/postponed, to the C19 schemes etc.
