Call-off against G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13). To ensure effective monitoring and oversight of Continuting Health Care (CHC) domiciliary care against Caretrack system data. To enable the ICBs to achieve and meet its fiduciary duties by paying for actual care supplied rather than commissioned care. To support the ICBs in achieving budget balance by successful delivery of QIPP. To identify and provide feedback on the views of patients and their Next of Kin/Representative on their experience of the quality of care they receive. To review, monitor and validate supplier invoices and follow up queries to ensure the ICB is only invoiced for CHC domiciliary care delivered.
