Chippings EcoHolmes Housing Development

Connect Housing is seeking a suitable contractor partner to deliver a development of 10 new homes on a rural exception site in the village of Scholes, near Holmfirth in West Yorkshire. The anticipated contract value is £1.8m. The new homes have been designed to PassivHaus standards using an insulated panel structural timber system (to be nominated under the contract), and the successful contractor will be able to demonstrate their capability of working to this approach.
