Provision of a variety of tender procurement options in respect of non-half hourly, Half hourly and gas supplies via a framework agreement against which any contracting authority as defined under 'The Public Contracts Regulations 2015' is entitled to call off against. A copy of this can be obtained from the contact point specified in section 1 of this notice. The utilities will be split into six separate lots. NHH Fixed, NHH Flex, HH Fixed, HH Flex, Gas Fixed and Gas Flex.
