Provision of a Managed Service Contract for Three Maldi Biotypers at Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services _ Microbiology Laboratory

Award via the East of England Framework for Clinical Neutral Vendor Managed Services. The Managed Service provider will be responsible for the management of equipment, reagents, and consumables for 3 X Maldi-TOF analysers for the Bacteriology hubs at Wexham and Frimley Park Hospital. The equipment is used for the identification of target organisms isolated from ill-patients using mass spectrophotometry which is assisted by laser (deionisation).
