Defra Integration Layer

The Buyer requires a 'Smarter Integration' cloud-based Integration Layer implemented and fully adopted into the Defra estate - the solution shall interact with the Livestock Tracing Systems of England (provided by Livestock Information Limited), Scotland (ScotEID), Wales (EIDCymru) and Northern Ireland (APHIS / NIFAIS). The disease outbreak and management systems that support the services provided by the Animal & Plant Health Agency (APHA) and the legacy Livestock Tracing Systems that support the services that are currently provided by the British Cattle Movements Service (BCMS) / Rural Payments Agency (RPA).
