Refurbishment to the existing Town Hall to include removal of one load bearing wall - structural plans obtained - creation of a new entrance, removal of non load bearing wall to create larger kitchen. Installation of new kitchen, decorate throughout, new floor coverings, loop system and microphone system (removeable) in Council Chamber. Discussions as to additional works to front office, and ways to reduce carbon footprint of the building.
