The Council sought a supplier from Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Internal Training Services who are experienced and understand the challenges in working with localauthority and highly political environments and how this will impact on negotiation and influencing practice. To deliver a 1 day intervention to develop negotiation and influence skills of staff • Interactive and engaging intervention • Appropriate challenge and support for all attendees • Pre course engagement (eg. pre-course thinking) • Post training activity to embed the learning (eg. Reflection piece) • Provider to provide all relevant training materials
