The Management of The John Warner Sports Centre

The Hoddesdon School Trust are seeking a management partner for The John Warner Sports Centre, a joint use facility based at The John Warner School, Hoddesdon. The facilities include a 6-lane 25m swimming pool and 77m2 teaching pool, a 4-court sports hall, and 114 station fitness suite. The contract commences in July 2023 and is for 10 years with an option to extend by 5 years. The procurement will be based on a lean single staged process.
