Description
The Wise Group has been successful its application to deliver Building Better Opportunities (BBO) in Tyne and Wear, funded by the Big Lottery Fund (BLF) and European Social Fund (ESF). The Wise Steps programme will deliver a bespoke programme of one-to-one support, with specialist interventions aimed at improving wellbeing and moving people towards employment The Wise Group is looking to contract an organisation to provide a management information system for the programme. The system will: - Store the personal details of programme participants; - Provide workflows that match the process requirements of the programme; - Allow detailed auditing throughout the lifecycle of records - who / when created, modified and deleted; - Provide options for ad-hoc and scheduled reporting for both management reports and programme governance reporting; - Support long-term retention of records We expect that the system will require to support between 140 and 175 project officers spread across Wise Group staff and our partner network supporting up to 2,000 participants in the Wise Steps programme. Further details are shown in the document 'Specification of Requirements', and the bidding requirements are detailed in 'Vendor Selection Criteria' on our website www.thewisegroup.co.uk/wise-steps-mis-procurement/
