Description
NHS Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group (“NHS Oldham CCG”) wish to establish a contract for the provision of Combined Community Anti-coagulation, Blood and LTBI screening service. The service will consist of three elements: • An all age phlebotomy service, accessible from primary care and 7-day services, which will provide community-based clinics in multiple Oldham locations and offer blood taking services at home for house bound/ clinically indicated patients. • A community based anti-coagulation management service, designed to directly support patients on warfarin therapy as well as clinicians managing patients in primary care on DOACs • Delivery of the national Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) screening programme for Oldham, working locally to the national specification. Oldham Council is running this procurement exercise on behalf of NHS Oldham CCG who is the ‘Contracting Authority’.
