Description
Leicestershire County Council ("the Council") is committed to being an inclusive and supportive employer where disabled people can be open about their disabilities and are valued as an individual for their skills and contribution to the organisation. Under the Equality Act 2010, the Council has a legal obligation to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that disabled people are not disadvantaged in service provision or employment, including removing barriers that might get in the way of a disabled person doing their job. The Council invites Quotations for a provider to deliver provision of reasonable adjustment ergonomic equipment to its employees, as required to maintain their registration for the regions within Leicestershire County Council.
