Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing wishes to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to carry out a JCT minor works contract. The project is the refurbishment of property 29, White's Close, St Agnes, Cornwall TR5 0TU, including the construction of new paved areas, stripping out and replacing the shower room and kitchen, flooring works and internal decoration.
