Leicestershire Police wishes to procure services to outsource digital casework for analysis and report. The analysis will need to meet specific timeframes and quality standards. This should provide a more effective and efficient service to benefit the victim(s) and ensure offenders are brought to justice as quickly as possible thereby preventing further crimes being perpetrated.
